Ok, just had a few thoughts on some MS issues.
Currently I am trying to reconstruct a configuration mail (aka ClipMail). This is how closed units (units that wont let you type in the settings) are configured. So far I haven’t had a whole lot of luck, but I would like to see if anyone else has tried. Please Respond.
As for those who complain that the reps are "DUMB", well they are not dumb, over worked under paid. Next time your thinking about how DUMB try to imagine how you would feel getting yelled at ever other call. I work in a freaking call center, i know what its like. So if you like treating people like crap, call somewhere else! Better yet go to McD's and get a Double Cheese Burger then scream to them about how AWFUL it was. LEAVE THESE POOR PEOPLE ALONE!
*hint - you don’t have to be happy, but acting like an adult and not throwing a fit will get your farther than yelling at them.
