I am trying to get one of 2 Model 350 mailstations to work on the Earthlink system. First one sends emails out OK, but will NOT seem to pick up the "Programming" email to change the email address over from the serial number to the setup email account !!

I have tried to see if anybody could hack into clearing those entries so I can move the correct email address over to the correct location and install the correct email password, but to NO avail.

There does not seem to be any where that repairs these or can re-program them that I can find ???

Looking for suggestions out there ????
