From what I've read here, I think this is possible, but I need help: Which email appliances can for sure be made to access POP3 and SMTP-AUTH email and will be easy to use? This is for my step-mother who can't figure out how to use her MSNTV2 device, so it has to be simple to use. I can hack it, judging from what I've read here, but I need to know what unit definitely can be hacked before I buy one. It will need to dial-in to my choice, use my POP and SMTP URLs, do authenticated send.
No need for you to repeat what's been posted before, but if you could point me to the right place, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks; from what I've read on this BBS, you people are amazing.
