The clock generator is the SC470AYB (U26). To raise the bus from 33.3Mhz to 40Mhz, lift pin 11. This will also raise the cpu speed to 160Mhz.

These pins have internal pullups, so ground the pin for a "0" and lift the pin for a "1".
