I'm selling my Webplayer. No ROM. No Harddrive. I had a harddrive in it with Win98, but the Webplayer somehow got reset to think it needs to connect to Virginconnect and the ROM is dead and gone. I broke off one of the plastic pegs inside that holds up the motherboard to make room for the harddrive but the other plastic pegs inside are holding up the motherboard with no problem. And I think one screw is missing for the motherboard on the inside but the other screws are holding the motherboard in place. I've found you have to adjust the brightness settings of the screen after the webplayer warms up. Otherwise as far as I know the Webplayer is in good condition. The Webplayer comes with NO ROM and NO Harddrive. I'm keeping the harddrive that I had in the Webplayer but to put in an I-Opener that I'm taking apart. I hate to get rid of the Webplayer but I'm thinking I'll personally be happier with the I-Opener. If you have a spare ROM, then you may be able to get into the bios setup to change the settings to get the Webplayer to work. So you get the Webplayer as is with any sale as final and no returns. I would send the Webplayer to you via US Mail, insured, with delivery confirmation. Payments to be via Paypal. Make me an offer plus the shipping postage and insurance. I'm looking for an offer of at least $115 which would include the shipping postage and insurance.
