Ergo Audrey Adapters...

I was fortunate enough to find a moderate supply of the 3COM brand 3C460 USB Audrey Adapters, all of which are brand new & tested on Ergo Audrey prior to shipping.

These are the true 3COM Audrey Approved 10 Mbps adapters, not the 3C19250 which is 6 Mbps.

ummmm - not trying to be difficult, except --

the 3C460 is a 10/100 USB NIC using the ADMtek ADM8511 PegasusII chipset. does an unmodified Audrey system recognize the device, or do you need QNX 6.1 networking added, or were you flashing the 3C460's EEPROM to change the VID and PID values? or, is there some strange chance that you actually found older 3C460 units with KLSI chipsets embedded?

I completely understand your reluctance to accept that these are the "real thing." But, these are legit. I was fortunate to find several new kits with the KLSI Chipset, although I may have paid too much for them. I know they are exceptionally rare, so maybe I can recoup a little of my expense.
I think the 10/100 you are referring to is the 3C460B, which is NOT compatible. I tested every one of them on 2 of my 4 Audreys and they are flawless. If anyone mentions they are from i-appliance BBS, I'll throw in a free 25 Ft ethernet cable.
I am also a verified paypal user with over 200 verified transactions.

yup -- truth is always stranger than fiction -- the adapter seen in most of the early Audrey advertising and promo was something like an '8350' and they mentioned that the 460 was compatible, but i don't think anyone ever found or played with the specific versions you have, before. congratulations on finding these! it's a testament to the fact that real hackers never give up, they look for other alternatives. in your case, you may likely save a lot of folks the trouble of trying to find the 19250 versions, which are now pretty much unavailable.

get 'em while they're available folks....
