I've decided that I can't handle these damn internet appliances never working right, and my laptop is just too slow for me to be running Photoshop 7 and Dreamweaver. I am getting a new laptop...but I need some extra cash before thats gonna happen...

Compaq Armada 4220T
266 Pentium W/MMX
64 MB
12 Gig hard drive
CD and floppy
Docking station (adds ethernet, and video, mouse, keyboard, sound, PS ports)
Trackball and touchpad (they are interchangeable)
56k PC card modem
TV out
Extra Handle battery (Nice feature, extra battery in the form of a handle for carying around)
Windows XP Home
Loaded with Photoshop 6.0, Dreamweaver 4.0, and Open Office (No licenses...shhhh.....)

There is a small problem with the screen, a vertical line about a pixel wide on the left side of the screen doesnt work. Compaq support tells me it is probably just a loose cable inside and should be easily fixed by someone here. There are also some small cracks in the case on the back, but these are only cosmetic and hardly noticable. I love this laptop and wouldnt be selling if it wasnt worth as much as I think it is. It has been GREAT for me. I also might sell one of my webplayers with a 4 gig hard drive if anyone is interested.

Offers: zmoz1 AT aol.com
Thanks!

you shouldn't be using winxp on those laptop since winxp is very slow on older laptop heheh you should have used linux with kde and staroffice(similar to openoffice) btw,is your laptop pc card slots are cardbus type(32bit) ?
if yes it can work with ibm ieee1394 firewire pc card ,mine wont work with that card cause it's old compaq lte5300 series(large tft screen)

Yes, it has 32bit, and actually I think the windows XP actually is faster than the windows 98 that I had on it for a few years. Its way more than fast enough for web browsing and word processing.
