Taking serious offers on a Battery Powered - Portable Connected Touch Pad + Rare Keyboard.

I have a GCTP pre-hacked with a Soldered IDE header,
HPNA version.
3.2 Gb HD,
160mb Ram,
Linksys wireless 802.11b card with external mounted antenna (looks cool).
It also has a full Keyboard with "ALT" , Windows, and Function keys, etc.,
if you install the software there are multimedia buttons also.
It works with the GCT without an additional external receiver and is the same model keyboard (a rare find).
Has Win 98 installed and all necessary drivers.

Here the kicker..
It can be powered from the original power supply or from a rechargeable Lithium Ion battery pack that I made for it.
With power indicators (shows battery level remaining) and low battery warning alarm.
It's gets close to three hours of run time and more with Power Management features enabled (enabling suspend).
The pack has a nice black vinyl case with carry strap so now you can be totally portable.

Serious offers only!
So far I've had offers from $50 - $150; you couldn't buy the parts for that much.
So before you make an offer think about what it would cost to put something like this together.
Tracking down the parts, hacking the Linksys card and mounting it (took many hours).
Soldering the IDE header.
Doing the research and tracking down the correct and expensive Lithium Ion Cells for the battery and wiring it up.
This thing needs close to 60 Watts to run and there is not many choices out there.
It's a finished product and the only thing that comes close to it is the
SonicBlue Tablet PC that sells as high as $1000 on ebay.
See for yourself...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2065803416

The only difference between the two is the TFT screen and the fact that the Sonic Blue
unit has it's battery built in and a PCMCIA slot.
The rest of the specs are almost identical.
If you remove the base you then have a wireless, battery powered Tablet PC.

I like this thing and had allot of fun making it.
It hardly gets used so I decided to see what I would be offered for it.
If I get a worth while offer I'll sell it, if not then I'll keep it.

Whoaa...That is some ghetto battery pack/bag. It is very cool that you got it somewhat "more portable" that the rest of us. That being said lugging that battery pac around would turn me off.

Nice HAck tho!

Ghetto battery pack/bag?
Maybe to you but this thing needs 50 watts to run and this is the only way.

Not only does the pack carry the cells it also holds the step up converter.
The charger is also in the pack as well as it's power cord.
The pack doubles as a power supply also.
If you run out of juice you can always plug the battery pack in and power the GCT while the batteries charge.
Better than lugging you power supply with you.
Doesn't seem so ghetto anymore now does it?

Updated link for pics...
