It's a stock Webplayer with one exception- it's got a 32Mb DOC in it as it was
used as one of several proof-of-concept IA's using Coollogic's Cool Linux
distribution. Other than the smaller than normal DOC with unusual software, it's
completely unhacked.
No. You shouldn't be copying Copyrighted works without permission.
Now, having said that, I will mention that I don't NEED to do so as I've got the image build system at my disposal and several remaining Webplayers and Websurfers. If you're interested, I can cobble together (When I find time- I'm in the middle of a work project and a game porting project for LGP) an image for a Webplayer that has the latest software (you REALLY want that instead..). Same rules apply as does the proof-of-concept image- it's Copyrighted (and while you're entitled to the binaries that are GPLed, you're not entitled to the DOC image...) and I'll be VERY upset with anyone caught mass copying it until I can get permission from the BOD to GPL the system. How can I get away with this? It's nice to be the CTO... :->
