OK, basically I got screwed over and I want revenge. I was very nice/giving in a trade with someone in d2x. I gave him 2 hours of my time in a huge trade that involved a scl account for a hcl and he reset the password on the account that I got.
All I need is for you to get into his email and accept the blizzard notification to change his account email to mine. I have the email which he used for the Diablo registration, so a simple brute force will do the trick. You might want to use proxies, but I would consider this kinda low risk and not a big offense so just use your judgement I guess.
