$70 (FedEx shipping included) for a 256mb chip that will work in the IO. I bought this for another system (which it did not work in), and then tried it in my rev1 IO and WOOHOO!!! Yes it does recognize the full 256 (Well actually it sees 254, just like the 128 actually sees 126 (at least on my system anyway)). It is just like Programmer said... it has 8 chips on either side of the module. The static bag it came in lists it as PC10032X64SODIMM
