Setting up swaps.....?

A couple of us are trying to set up a swap and would appreciate any feedback.

What's the best way to do this to insure a satisfactory trade for both parties? We're looking at Ebay's private auctions as a tracking means but it still leaves open issues. Has anyone found a better way?

Thanks Bill
