| Do exactly what you stated in the first post - five orders, five envelopes. There is no way that anyone can fault you for doing that. You can save a little on postage by combining the order in a padded envelope, but doing so would be your option, not his.
Over the years, I've done things like this from time to time. I learned *very* quickly to up the price a buck, and use the proper size padded envelope. If someone wanted Priority Mail, it was an extra $5.
On my last couple offers, I added $5 to the price and sent *everything* Priority Mail. It's great; USPS will *give* you the boxes to do it. No guessing on postage; flat rate up to 1 lb. | |
