How to get Vcore lower than 2.0v?

I got a quick question. I keep seeing people talking about 1.6-1.9 Vcores for the AMD mod, but I can't figure out how to do this.

I haven't seen it in a thread, either. Turbo's mod only allows me to go down to 2.0v. Now that I have a decent Q16 cooling solution, I'd like to lower the Vcore so I am not drawing as much current.

BTW, I got a 1 9/16" 12V fan from Radio Hack, and so far, it's working great. At 333 (3.5x95) mhz and 2.0v vcore, my mobo doesn't get above 45°C.
