Dolly - Hard drive upgrade

I am trying to upgrade to a larger hard drive. When I use Dolly with or without the /C option, the size of the partition on the new drive remains the same as the old drive. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, that's one of its functions including making an image file. But I want to upgrade to a larger drive and not copy the old partition size.

try dolly then partition magic or such..
