I'm new but I would like to at least get into BIOS setup by pressing DEL as the screen says. I believe there is room to add mini debugger with ZModem support so that the Sandisk could receive files from the second serial port. I am currently working on a ZIP100 ATAPI drive for removable storage.

CTRL-ALT-ESC will get you to the BIOS.

I'm curious about something....bioses can support CD-ROM boot, I've seen others that can support some low level USB devices (keyboards and mice usually). If a bios can support USB Input Classes, what (other than space) prevents implementing USB Mass Storage Class support? This would allow for using things like USB Zip and USB to SCSI adapters (Orb Drive anyone?) and possibly make them bootable.

I know, I set my hopes high and have no clue as to how I would implement such a thing anyway. I'm still waiting for some kind person to get \dev\SCSI added into jailbait along with USB Mass Storage Class so I can use my Orb in Jailbait. :)

So the packages for /dev/scsi are in there? Or is that in a newer jailbait package that I haven't seen?

Hmm....need to figure out what sort of talk program, if any is on the IO. I'm not sure how to get a new jailbait image on there over the old one without a hard drive....hmm

Hm... linux bios for IO sounds awesome, but scary - is there any way to test it and/or recover from problems?
