I have a V3 IO (Biosed down) 2 GB HD, K-3 333 AFK proccessor and dollied JB6 onto the sansdisk. But it hangs on LI of LILO. What am I missing. I haved looked through other posts and it seams everyone is getting it to work, I have tried 2 different versions of JB just in case, no luck.

Usually indicates a mismatch between Normal and LBA modes between the HD and the BIOS setup. This is an old problem while doing LILO setup on systems with more than one HD. Avoid using LBA - use Normal uniformly on all HDs (including the Sandisk).

I got that a long time ago, and it had nothing to do with LBA (although your problem may), it was that I had a boot virus in the boot sector on my harddrive.
