I've seen a few interesting TFT pieces for bid on Ebay. One I saw was a 10.4" TFT screen with VGA inputs and built-in RS232 touch screen. I bid on it but was relieved someone outbid me because max resolution was 640x480.

At the time of posting, it's going for $15 with two hours left. It's too bad I am not geek enough to figure out the pinouts or devising a controller.
