Setting K6-III+ clock multiplier in Win2K

I first set up my modded I-Opener with Win98. I used k6clk.exe 4.5 to jump from 300 to 450 Mhz in the autoexec.bat file. Worked great. Now I have decided to use Win2K. I cannot get k6clk.exe to change CPU multipliers now. Anyone have an idea how I can set the CPU multiplier for Win2K ?

This doesn't look like an option. K6clk seems to be for DOS/Win95/Win98 only. It appears that NT does not support it. Is there a way to insert DOS type commands in the boot up sequence before NT starts? Config.sys and autoexec.bat seem to be ignored.
