I accidently lifted the pad off the pcb of lead one of q16, any ideas on how to fix it would be welcom. I can see the trace that the pad came from, im thinking about just filling a small gap with solder so that it contacts the trace on the board. Ill wait for some answers first.

try to follow the trace to another pad...run a jumper wire from the lead that is lifted to that pad.

Make sure the that you don't bypass any branches, and check your work with a multimeter

Just wanted to add that when making jumpers, I would recommend using wire-wrap wire available at Rad Shak. The wire-wrap wire is very thin guage solid core has a very tough jacket and holds bends where you place them. One other advantage is the jacket does not shrink much when soldering. Use a dab of crazy or hot-melt glue to hold wires close to the board keeping things neat. This helps make mods appear to be factory made. For high current areas use a thicker guage or I suppose you could double or tripple up the wire-wrap.
