Two weeks - you gotta be kidding me - there have been people that have been waiting since last *year* - no I'm not kidding, do a search on IMOD3 - its pathetic.
Lots of people here defend codeman's "business" practices but I think they suck big-time. Most people would pay a couple bucks more if could provide at least the basics - confirmation email when you order, regular status updates about when he expects to ship, etc. Instead what you can expect is nothing until your order shows up and apparently some people put up with that.
Don't bother emailing him - he won't respond. He has listed his home telephone number here before - find it and call him - to me that is the most inefficient way of dealing with customers but apparently thats the only way to get his attention. BWT: I am speaking from personal experience as well as what I have seen posted here by others.
I see now that he is getting out of the business and turning it over to badflash (who handled my order so fast I was stunned when I received the envelope in my mailbox). Thats good; some people are brillant technically but poor at customer service - he should stick to what he does best and leave some else to deal with drudgery of retail.
