Just got my touchscreen and no cd with drivers help. This onetouch controller is a 2k-b and said it is for 2k driver dick only. Is this the one that you are working with wkoehler55? Thanks for any help I will be calling Scott tomorrow to ask what is going on. Thanks for all the great ideas. Kn

The same thing happened to me. Scott tries to help, but is not really much of a tech. Long story short, open your controller and verify that only position 3 has a jumper on it. Download and install this MicroTouch software/driver package: http://www.touchwindow.com/drivers/tw53.exe
Apparantly there are several different versions of the drivers in distribution, and each requires a specific jumper setting. I do know that the combo above works great.
