Couple of newbie questions
A few new questions

I asked a few people I know about where they thought I could pick up an ultra-slim PC case, today. I was just going to use it to build a small, slow PC for emulation purposes. No one seemed to know where to pick up a really small case/PC but one mentioned he had an I-Opener for sale. After searching for a few minutes, I stumbled across a few sites and realized this could turn into a very fun project. My questions are broad and vague but, hopefully, someone can help.

1. What versions of the I-Opener should I look for or avoid? Are the differences severe? The guy who has this one for sale says he thinks it might be either a V2 or V3.

2. Where should I start? Ie: I get the I-Opener, I get an I-MOD kit, I get pull out one of my spare 2.5" hard drives, I grab the Lasagna cooler, and then what? Is it as simple as installing the kit with whatever I want on the hard drive and it boots from the drive and takes off? Or are there more extensive modifications needed?

Sorry if this has all been discussed 40 times this week, already. Thanks for any help or info.

I should mention that the reason I'm so interested is because he wants to unload the I-Opener for $60. My end plans would be to connect one of my 2.5" hard drives, a CD-ROM from a notebook, and get it networked somehow (I'm assuming USB NIC's are the easiest?) for use on cable modem.
