I-openner v2 or v3, new Badflash BIOS.
Win98 did not recognize the sandisk upon clean install of Win98 with one hard disk.
Win2k did, however, recognize the sandisk (as the slave drive) upon a clean install of Win2k with one hard disk. However, Win2k did not like the sandisk not being partitioned and formated and it generated multiple error messages warning about removing a disk without requesting permission first.
I rebooted Win98 and in dos mode f-disked and formatted the sandisk. Win98 when rebooted then recognized the 15meg sandisk. Rebooted Win2k which was happly the sandisk was there, and error messages did not appear.
When I shut down the i-opener it shut down completely -- total power-off. Then when I booted Win2k or Win98, the sandisk was not partitioned nor formatted. Win2k went crazy again because the sandisk was not there.
What do i do to keep the sandisk formatted? Appreciate any help. Thanks.
