Ok, I'v got a question. I'm looking for an external case for my 6x cdrom, but I'v yet to find one. Have any of you guys seen external bays for laptop cdrom's??? Empty of cource.
Also I'v been trying to find one of them USB to IDE adapter boards but have yet to locate one. My ideal goal would be to make this cdrom of mine into an external mini cdrom case with USB support so i dont have to GO threw the whole hassle of rehacking apart my iopener to make an IDE connector. I realy don't want to do that. I did build an ausom external bay setup a while ago cutting out the BASE of the iopener with a drill press and a wrouter bit, but that was a long time ago and I sold that iopener. :( wish I had kept that one instead. In any case those are the 2 things I'm looking for. If any one know's where I could find eather of these I'd love to know.
