Ok, someone from the group has offerd me a palm keyboard to see if it is hackable to a PS/2 output. I for some reason rember some webpage on the subject very detailed stating that it WAS nothing more then a ps/2 keyboard. It had pinouts and stuff also but I can't find it nore can I rember much about the page. But as soon as I recive the keyboard I'll begin my dignosis. There are 2 things that may happen, My therie is that the keyboard IS just a standerd ps/2. I'll share the ic numbers with you guys when i get it. Now it might not be a standerd ps/2 keyboard controler.
if the controler IC is not a standerd controler chip then someone OTHER then me would need to asist in creating a pic chip code.
I can't program so any help would be needed to create a PIC chip program. a pic 16f84 would be perfict cuase its got 16 pins. 8-10 data I/O lines I think, cant rember and a few other lines. But a code could be created to recive the output of the keyboard and be converted into standerd ps2 code.
The fold up palm keyboards also ARE minus an esc KEY. an esc key could be added to the pic chip if this where the case.

Tell me what ya think
