just a little list of things I want to do. have they already been done?

There are a few things that I want to do on my IOP, namely:

Add a second USB port(solder in next to the existing one?)
add VGA out port
add TV output(Either through a VGA->TV circuit or directly, it seems the graphics chip supports TV out)
finally, add a bootable CD-rom drive. Not really a hack, but I'm not sure Badflash's BIOS would support this.

Also, is it possible to have more than 2 usable IDE devices? I'd like to have CD, HD and the sandisk.

a bootable CD-rom drive has been reported by most who have tried.

I don't think anyone has gotten all 3 @ the same time.
