I do speak Espanol. That page is in Portuguese, close enough to spanish that I can make sense of it.
All he says is that when you develop bad sectors on your disk, you can add them to the bad sector table by using a utility but that you should only use a utility from the hard drive's manufacturer (and he give some links). Then when you format the drive, it does not show you the bad sectors because they have been mapped out.
He also says that if you get more bad sectors after doing this, then your hard drive's magnetic surface is probably deteriorating for some reason.
