Can somebody clear this up for me?
Sandisk, keep? Disable? or what?

I have what I believe to be a Version 3 IO. Trying to do the regular hack. Have a 4 GB hard drive to install. Do I need to disable the sandisk? Can I leave it? Do I have to "do" anything to it (erase, re-write)? Or is this a "wait and see"??
Do I have to just try it and see what happens? If I have problems booting, then disable it? I never really understood what it was doing, but finally got that part a while back (been working from bits a pieces of information). But after some reading, am wondering about what to actually "do" with it.

Also, can somebody tell me what is needed to add the second USB port? I've looked in the past posts, but didn't find anything specific.

Leave it alone, format it, doesn't matter. You'll bypass it with the hard disk anyway.

You need to flash your bios, preferably by using dolly to dump a pre-configured image to your drive, or by sending the bios chip in to Jack @ Badflash.com to have it re-flashed with the newest bios.

USB Specifics.
