IO version confusion

Okay, so I know that the differences in versions has been covered to death, but I've come across conflicting information in regards to what version I have. I found this in a thrift shop today, so there is no other information I can get.

To start off with, I have a Rise 266, which means I have a V4 or V5 right? Of course I've also seen guides that say V3b had a Rise 266 as well.

Torx screws, which seems to confirm the V3b - V5.

Sharp screen, which as I understand it, rules out V4, leaving the only 2 possibilities as V3b or V5.

Now the V5 should have an audio chip about an inch above the PS/2 port, and mine doesn't have one, which leaves me with V3b.

Mine doesn't have goop on the BIOS, which rules out V3b.

So I'm stumped.

I'm fairly certain that it's never been modded before, as everything looked pristine when I took the cover off.

Can anybody help me determine what version I have?

Versions were made up by Us, not the Factory.
They did what they had to, to keep up with demand
& We gave them Version Numbers.
There might even have been 2 Factories ???

You Know Your CPU & Sound Chip. (not a V5)
What Mod do You want to do that requires More info ?

Well, I'm new to this whole i-opener hacking thing, and since my IO is completely unhacked I thought it would be helpful to know the version.

I do have a question regarding the switch for setting CPU voltage though. What does this switch look like? I have a bank of 2 DIP switches just above the SODIMM socket on my motherboard, but everyone seems to refer to the voltage switch as a single 2-position switch instead of a bank of switches.
