Kawasaki usb ethernet adapters in midori and few other minor questions

Well, I have a couple of questions...

I am using midori 2.3pre1 running on my iopener v1, using a kawasaki chipset adapters peracom usb adapter and an smc 2102usb, and none of them seems to work. The only one which works is my dlink 650tx with the pegasus chipset. Anybody know what is the issue...?

The only place for the most up to date midori images seems to be http://m4i.homeip.net. Anybody know where I can download midori images done by someone else...?

I know it might be illegal, but does someone know the registration code to opera in within the midori dist? Thanks.
