Q16 resistor mod (different resistors)

I'm new to this soldering and stuff but I was going to buy a resistor to do the cooling mod to Q16 but I can only buy 0.10 10Watt or 0.12 7Watt resistors at my local electronics store. Would either of these be ok for the resistor mod? Thanks in advance.

It depends on how fast you want to run the CPU. The idea is to move the heat from Q16 to the resistor, but not drop the voltage too far. I'd got with the .12 7 watt. It should work up to around 400 Mhz. If you want, contact me off line. I have the .13 10 watts, but sell them via special payment.
