Resistor #342 value on a V3 IOpener?

Can someone with a V1 thru V3 IOpener use a VOM and check the resistor value of #342?
It's located at the corner of the SODIMM socket, closest to the letter "F" in
the word "FOXCONN", of the SODIMM socket.

Resistor #342 has a marking of "103" which would make it a 10k resistor.
