I have a modified Iopener version , V3. It was modified long ago and used with Windows and then put away for a long time ( years)
REcently I tried to get it going and .......... I get an error message that says " remove disk or other media. Press any key to restart"
Does anybody have a clue what happened to my iopener and why it wont boot the operating system that I remember putting in this hard drive.
I think it was win98 or win2000. I also have another modified iopener that I tried it on with same result.
I want to get it running and give it to my brother to use with Verison DSL.
Any help would be appreciated.
Might look at the mbr. Glade to see someone still playing with these things.
My first one runs 10 - 12 hours a day everyday playing mp3's that i transmit
thru a usb fm transmitted. To beat that it sits on a shelf in a welding shop.
Havn't yet figured out how or what i want to do with the other one i have.
Thinking about putting audio out's on it and running it as my stereo to some
400 watt speakers.(with an amp)
