No. I bought a couple of $4 laptop cables at the Vets Memorial show last month and carefully pried the connector off of one (intact) and slapped it on the other to make a short cable with two connectors on the IO end (and used the middle pins of the two - old hack). I'm thinking about ordering a few feet of ribbon cable to make my own longer cables.
The Dayton Hamvention is coming up in a week and a half - http://www.hamvention.org/ Thousands of vendors, lots of connectors and components and stuff. I'll be scouring for cheap replacement CPUs, fans, etc. there.
