From the east bay area, go highway 580 east, past Pleasanton. Before you get to Livermore, take the Airway Blvd exit. Turn left. As soon as you pass the gas station, turn right. Go through two lights and the road becomes a T intersection. You'll see construction equipment. Turn left. Go about 500 feet and turn right to enter the college. Go straight through the stop, and then you'll see signs for buyers and sellers. Park the car. The flea market is in the parking lot.

From the south bay, take 680 north to 580 east. DO NOT take 84 east to Livermore, you'll get lost and end up at a nuke power plant. Once on 580 east, use the east bay area instructions above.
