We're determined to stick with our I-Opener Netpliance, and have recently replaced an original unit with an eBay purchase which doesn't boot. Our ISP is Earthlink, but they aren't very knowledgeable about I-O. Tech support does not seem to exist for the I-O. We're looking for others in Marion County who would be interested in sharing ideas and helping each other out. A Geeks-R-Us type person who would make house calls would be greatly appreciated in our house! Walter and Lea
