can someone help me flash my io bios?

i've found a pc at work with a motherboard that has the same bios socket as in the io. some guy also sent to me the bios bin image.. but now i don tknow hwat to do to flash my io bios chip.

please help if u know, or can flash the chip for me.

Count me in. I'm downtown S.J. & have 3 to flash. Haven't found a mobo that has a compatible flash socket yet, so I'm screwwwwed. Buying a new BIOS is against the principles of the whole thing.
