I ordered from Netpliance over the phone on the 22nd, from CompUSA on the 20th, and from Circuit City on the 15th. I haven't received anything. RE:any one in MN got a IO or expecting one (modified 0 times) DoorStopMaker I ordered some IOs on 3/12 from Roseville CC, picked them up on 4/9. I have been pursuing the QNX hack route. I had remarkable success turning one of my IOs into a doorstop ..er.. future linux/HD/Hack unit. My second unit can currently dial-in to my own ISP using the voyager browser the only problem is I can't hack back to root now. Oh well. 04-15-2000 20:55:03

I have an extra I-opener for someone, if you have the time to get me the bios, and help me make the cord. Of couse you would have to pay for it, but I'd sell at cost $107. If you can do it, email me at Thaasch@mail.com I know of a cheap place to get the hard drives. We can all team up, and get these puppies running. I live in Shakopee, you can probably come to my place. I have a heat gun thing to remove the epoxy from the Iopener, and can get the hard drives*800megs to 1 gig to all who want to come* for about $15. I will need to know in advance who all needs a hard drive. I'll try to get more info when I figure out if this will work out. 04-17-2000 17:10:07
