I live in the Abbotsford area but I occasionally drive "into town". Have a Websurfer Pro that I've started to turn into an MP3 player for my car. Any local WSP owners doin' the hack and want to chat/email/swap ideas ???

LET'S HACK !!! :}
I live in Van. I have an I/O not a WEBSurfer but if you'd like to get together and swap ideas that'd be fine. I'd like a closer look at the WEBsurfer and I can show you the I/O I am hacking.
Hey NoXray - Do you have any other i-appliances? I also have an ePods and a Virgin WebPlayer. (both untouched as of this date... TOO MANY PROJECTS on the go!)

PS - Whereabouts in Vancouver are you? I often go into Richmond to visit my wife's family...)
I know what you mean about 'TOO MANY PROJECTS on the go'-I've a similar afliction. I don't have any other web appliances, and Though I've now recieved my two webplayers, I havent done anything with them yet (I think I'll sell one, and turn the other into a MP3 station at home). The main thing I wonder is will the webplayer IR keyboard port accept signals from a learning remote (or vice versa) - Could I set up a normal handheld remote to emulate keypresses on a keyboard?
-I'm in the central Vancouver area - By 16th and Cambie.
