I found aplace that sells SBC and compact PCI mobo. etc. Similar to Advantech and others. BUT, this company ships some of their mobos WITH a flash chip loaded with Windows CE! Here is a snippet...
>Windows® CE Ready and Cost Effective
>
>The PCM-5862ECE-16S version of this board comes with pre-installed Windows® CE Ver. 2.1 on a 16 MB PCD->1230A solid state disk module. This solution especially fits harsh enviroments where an SSD and a small >foot print OS are essential. Because the bundled Windows® CE is Microsoft license ready and customized >to fit the on-board features, using the PCM-5862ECE-16S can eliminate the need to apply for a Microsoft >Windows® CE license and significantly reduce the development time & cost to build a customized Windows® >CE system from the component level.

So, anyone know much about CE? This particular mobo doesnt use the same chipset, uses the more common C&T 65x series, so I doubt we could buy one and copy the image and port it cover to the IO.
