There's always UNIFLASH. It doesn't much care about what chip you put into what motherboard as long as the chipset and the flashrom is supported.
When I tried this with a 256KB flashrom, it was only able to copy the first 128KB. Since the source code is available, maybe a talented programmer can get it to work.
