CN11 appears to be a "Mobile Daughter Card" site. I say appears to be because the connector looks right and has at least some of the right mounting holes, but I've never pursued it further.

Specs for the connector are at:
http://developer.intel.com/design/mobile/mdcspec/index.htm

Probably missing some resistors / caps as well.

JP1 is connected to SW2 the FSB setting. Probably intended as a single jumper to switch between two viable FSB speeds.

After looking at the spec I think you may be right.
There are some interesting audio signals here though,
this might be a good spot for line inputs & outputs,
microphones or headphone jacks.

I just noticed another one (probably two).
CN24 - ??? - must exist since CN25 does
CN25 - empty 6 position modular connector - above reset switch.
probably associated with U34

also

CN17 has the same layout as the speaker and CPU fan connectors,
maybe chassis fan or microphone?

Profile
CN24 is on opposite side of Trident chip, as the IDE connector. And on the that same side, the connector is 123...44 same as IDE drive. Connect IDE cable here, no need to use the 2143...43 cable. (I have read many others noticed this, and no one seemed to acknowledge their find.)
