Hi everybody. Been lurking for a while, but this is my first post.

I setup a desktop HD with the WP and installed Windows 98 but I can't get the audio to work. Windows installed some drivers (I didn't check the headphones with them though I don't think), but Windows had no issues with them. I then installed the PCI bridge drivers and the other ZIP of Audio/UDMA/Video drivers floating around. There are now two driver sets I have tried ("XpressAudio" (or something like that) and the "Cyrix Audio" (...) drivers). I can't get either to output sound. I can hear some 'popping' noises when Windows starts, and in the BIOS if I press a wrong button/etc I can hear a beep from the head phones but that's about it... it says everything is fine in Windows and if I play a sound I can see the volume meter (in the volume controls) change, but no sound. Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks.
