I found a good deal on a trade forum for a 3com Mini-PCI 10/100 ethernet/v.90 modem combo card from a IBM Thinkpad T22. Since my webplayer does not have a modem (was like that when I received it :(), would this card work in it? Please let me know ASAP.

I have had no luck with the 3com mini-pci cards (two of them did not work for me.) I have successfully used IBM cards with intel chipsets (they also make ones with 3com chipsets,) and Xircom cards (also with intel chipsets.)
