A Utility is available at http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/ taht allows you to build a stripped down Windows XP boot CD that boots into the full GUI, by copying selected files from your WinXP install CD onto another boot CD, plus other programs.It is intended to rep[lace all boot floppies for administrating NTFS machines, but can also be used for thin clients etc.
The utility is customisable for your favourite programs such as Nero or other utilities etc.
The CD also allows a copy of itself to be written to a Conventinal Hard disk, therefore giving you a stripped down WinXP installation without having to install the full XP bloatware, then uninstalling components like when using XPlite.
