I followed Randy's great instructions posted elsewhere on this board. However, as an AT&T WorldNet user, I'm having problems and wonder if any WN users have been successful. The problem is that when WN has an encoded username and password (16 digits) in
addition to your usual ID and PW. In the steps that require username and password, I tried various combinations. However, when using the encrypted PW, the opening dialer screen does not seem to accept it because it does not accept 16 digits. Has anyone been successful with WorldNet?

The web player doesn't accept a large enough password to use worldnet. I ran into the same problem myself. Only solution I can suggest is to put in a hard drive. Sorry.

I have a really long Earthlink password. At first the webplayer didn't accept it. It dialed in, then I saw a dialog box that asked for the correct password. I entered it, it logged in, and now the long password is saved.

So you might want to enter your long password in manually at the dialog box.
