Linux on WebPlayer?

Has anybody managed to successfully configure Linux to run on the WebPlayer (out of DOC)?

If you have a running installation, could you dd it to a file and post it?

I'm going to try doing this on my own over the weekend and post the results (in form of a DOC image) if I'm successful - but I don't want to reinvent the wheel.

I too am planning on creating a 48M Linux to run on my webplayer. I'm about half way through compiling linux from scratch and am then going to use that distrib to create a 48M partition that I can burn on the DOC using the WP as my devel machine. It's going to be a lot like Jailbait Linux (for the I-Opener) but hopefully I can take advantage of the extra 32Megs.
