Yet another question...

Gosh, I'm just full of questions since I've gotten this nifty little gadget. I was looking at the keyboard, and happened to notice a set of DIP switches (what does DIP stand for, BTW?) under the cover that holds the batteries in. I've done several searches on google, metacrawler, and yahoo, but haven't turned up any info. Might anyone here have any idea what these switches do? I'm thinking that perhaps they're for changing keycodes or something, but I don't know.... Any thoughts?

No evidence to go on but if I were to guess I'd say that it's so you can change the operating frequency or something so that you could have two devices using those keyboards but not have to worry about one picking up the signal from the others keyboard.

"DIP" Dual Inline Package. ... Can't help on what it's for though for sure. If I had to guess, I would probably go with Gorf's theory.
