Well, my DOC is officially dead. Very dead. :( I don't know why or how, but since I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone from m-sys to find out why or if it can be fixed, I'm left looking for a replacement to purchase/trade. Would anyone happen to have a spare WP laying around that's being used for parts? Perhaps someone who is using their WP with an IDE drive and isn't using the DOC anymore would be willing to part with the chip?? Anyone?

Anybody wanna sell their DOC? I know I posted this before, but now I mean it. ;) I'd like to be able to make a simple '98 web terminal to give to my mom for e-mail. She won't touch a computer 'cause she's afraid of breaking it. This would work great. If someone would rather trade their DOC than sell it, let me know, and I'll gladly see what can be worked out...

I have a HD in mine and with the DOC out works fine, but if the battery goes dead or is removed then you have no way of getting back in to the bios without putting it back in. Something I noticed.
